Mirror or synch jpeg images Win7 to Win7 is fast as should be
Synch or mirror jpeg images Win7 to Vista is very very slow.
All other files synch fast from Win7 to Vista.
Checked AV. Found no issues.
V2504 installed. Previous iterations transfer jpegs slow, but 2504 seems slower.
Curiously, Vista mirrors to Win7 laptop very fast.
Can anyone suggest settings that may interfer with jpeg transfers?
thanks

Sorry I can't be of more much help, but it does look like something on the Vista system is slowing down JPG transfers, maybe a file indexing service? _________________ --

Thank you
A mystery for many months.
I do not activate indexing. No indexing service listed.
Rechecked sharing. All in order.
Maybe luck will reveal the issue. _________________ hime3 |

Vista is 32 bit, so this link is not applicable
synch with Win 7 is 64
and no, rendering with WinExplorer is not slow
still a mystery
thanks for the additional suggestion _________________ hime3 |

Hi, what about copying JPG files with Windows instead of ViceVersa, is that slow too? If positive, then the problem should be outside ViceVersa.
