|
|
I am using a WD NAS storage box (1TB, 1Gb ethernet hardwired) on the network for backup. I can read/write to this box at normal speeds usingi windows copy function, but using VV I barely get 10kB /sec speeds (estimates 1 year for full copy of my info !!). It seems to take a huge amount of time between files. This does not happen with USB backup drives where speeds are fine with VV. Any ideas? |

Process priority = default
Perf/BW Throttling = unchecked, and speed = max
Buffer size = 32768
Flush = unchecked
Network Friendly scanning = unchecked
All works fine on local drives but disastrously slow on this NAS (via a mapped drive letter) regardless of whether the NAS is on the same router as the PC the VVPro is running on. |
