Hi all, my problem is, i can't copy read only files from a cd-rom to a network drive. The message from ViceVersa is:

Copying file G:\cdrompath\file.exe <to> I:\networkdrive\file.exe (8,43MB) [Can not change attributes of "I:\networkdrive\file.exe". The file could not be accessed.] [ERROR].

I have full rights on this networkdrive. I can change the attributes manually. I can copy the files with the filemanager. But ViceVersa2.2009 can't it. What is wrong?

Some older versions of SAMBA do not allow setting file attributes for read-only files, so the VV copy fails. This has been fixed in the most recent SAMBA releases. VV is copying files from the CD to the network with the read-only flag and this causes the SAMBA issue....
