We have half a dozen profiles, four that span servers to network drives, and they all work.

The reports are reporting an ERROR 3 for flatfile backup to USB drive only, and does not appear to have all the files from the source.

Any ideas?

The return code three is for a target directory. What information do you want out of the Execution log

Hello,

this file name (and the others) do not look right:

"""\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy261\System Volume Informatio" n\catalog.wci\IN "DEX.001""

Is this part Informatio" n\catalog.wci\IN exactly how it appears in the log?

thanks

Ok, right. I switched the profile to a new one and changed the drive back to the real one "F:\:" and now see the following in the log:

Funny thing is that we run two other profiles to a DC controller and a Secondary machine, both using network drives and they do not fail.

Thanks,

Well, this part:

"""\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy261

says to me that it's coming from a Shadow Copy. This works on two systems with shared network drives, it's missing only a few MB, but they are missing.

please help,
Mark
