I have Vice Versa Pro installed on a machine that is at a remote location and is backing up through a VPN. If I run VV Pro manually it will back up the data, if it tries to run automatically it gives "scan errors" and then closes the progarm and shuts down the VPN. These scan errors are very vague they just say "Source scan error" or something like that with no info on which file or directory is causing the problem. This is a large data set with 250 GB of data. Any ideas?

Here is how it goes:
1 AM VV Pro is scheduled to run - it starts
When it starts it opens a .bat file that connects to the VPN
VV begins scanning the remote drive with the 250 GB of data - runs for about 11 minutes at the longest
VV gives a "cannot scan source file" error
The program closes and then runs a .bat file that disconnects the VPN
Nothing is backed up

I am using VV engine to run the profile

Thanks

A
