After have executed the compare of a single source against 63 UNC shares we have to keep up to date,
We walk thru the process of excluding such file we don’t want to replicate on some servers.
Once we clicked to exclude the file, It remains there, it is not filtered at all until we refresh all the list (takes an huge time),
In the previous version once you filter a file It becomes automatically and immediately excluded and hidden from the current window.
Please would you help us in solve this problem?
This is definitely relevant for the use we do of your software.
I've also sent snapshots of the issue to 'support [at] tgrmn . com', the zip but once solved I think would be usefull post the solution here.
Many thanks,

It's amazing that in 2 months we haven't received any reply to our issues.
We have bought 3 licenses and seems we haven't any kind support.
Please,
get in touch with us.
Thanks.

I am also having problems with excluding files and folders on windows server 2008, and also find the support unhelpful. I'm explicitly excluding files, but the exact file is showing up as a **conflict after the synchronization. I've tried all combinations to get it to exclude the file, but it doesn't work.
I also excluded a folder, but when I deleted the files in one location, VV deleted the files in the other location. These were very important backup files. ACK! Again, the exclusion path was correct, but VV didn't exclude it.
Tech support sends a quick one line telling me to do what I'm already doing and no explanation or acknowledgement that it doesn't work.
Why don't they answer on the forum to help others instead of in email? Probably because there's no answer. |
