Question before buying

Wanted to make sure i have my mindset right on this product before i pitched it to my company. Please review my below scenario and tell me if it would work.

SiteA - master site
SiteB - remote site 1
SiteC - remote site 2
SiteDR - DR Site

I can have a master file share at SiteA and use the file sync to SiteB and SiteC (same folder set up and everything, would do this so there wouldn't be network lag with remote sites trying to open files on master site). If anyone changes anything on those folders, it would be synced to all sites. Then once or twice a day i could do a replication from SiteA to SiteDR with this product.

yes, it's all possible, points to consider are:
- will files change on all sites , A , B , C ?
- how much data will change ?
- what's the total file size of the share ?
- how often do the data need to be synchronized ?
