Hi Guys,

Quick question, i've been copying a large amount of data (45Gb) from our office in the US, I limited the bandwidth used to 300Kbs and all seemed ok as it says it was only usage 250kbs, but then I noticed high network usage, and it turns out it was over about 1MBs, is this a bug?

Thanks

Mike

We are getting it from our Cacti monitoring software, we got the amount but looking at what was being used whil eit was running and seeing how much it reduced when we stopped it. we then re-started it to confirm that it was that creating the traffic.

Thanks

Mike

Try checking the bandwidth used manually, you can divide the total size of the files copied by the amount of seconds used.
thanks
