I've recently changed the setup of the backup profiles on our servers. The Run As account for the VVScheduler tasks has been changed to a domain account from a local machine account, and the profiles have been moved on each server to C:\ViceVersa Profiles
On two of the servers (one running Win Server 2008 R2, the other running Win Server 2003) the schedules are running fine.
However, on two other servers (both running Win Server 2003, one with x64) I'm getting the error "Error opening the profile file. The profile is invalid." with a last run result of 6.
Can anyone assist please?
PS. If I move the profiles to a folder in the Run As domain accounts My Dcouments folder (C:\Documents and Settings\Username.domain\ViceVersa), then the VVScheduler task will run. |

Hi, sounds like a permission issue on the folder C:\ViceVersa Profiles\ on the servers reporting this error? It looks like VV is able to open the profile file, but unable to read its content.
thanks _________________ --

I thought it might be a permission issue. I did try granting full access to that folder for the Run As account, but it still came up with the same error
Is there anything you could reccommend? |

Managed to fix this. I copied the profiles out of the folder, deleted the folder, created a new folder with the same name and copied the profiles into the new folder. Came in this morning and checked and the schedules ran fine |

Solution:
i was facing the error on administrator login that "profile is invalid".
i just reboot the system and press F8 for start the system in safemode.
administrator profile loaded successfully.
Go to C:\users and after verification delete the old Administrator user folder.(by open it you can verify data and move data to new administrator user folder.)
Restart the system normally and successfully login it.
