Replicate (Update) and Backup (Mirror) both return errors on all files saying the timestamp or size has changed after initial comparison. I enabled shadow copy with no change. I opted to ignore the change in advance settings and it copies every file not just the newer ones on each and every replicate (update) session. This my second installation of VV and I had no trouble on the first one. The first was version 2.0 and this one is 2.5. Note that the target is a NAS mapped as a drive letter.

Sound like a problem with timestamps on the NAS, is the NAS brand / model the same for both installations? Check a few file modified timestamps on the NAS to make sure they are OK.

There is no obvious problem with the timestamp on the NAS. Until this week I have been using xcopy dMadx-xx-xx to select files that are newer on the source than the NAS target. I want to use viseversa to schedule this routine instead of manually changing the xx-xx-xx each time I run the batch. I have even forced a mirror backup to occur to rewrite every file to the NAS. I did this by selecting igorne timestamp change in the advanced settings. There are 502 files and only several of these actually have newer dates. Most of the files have timestamps that are months old and are not changing since the initial comparison my any means. I do now see that the NAS is Fat32 and the Server is NTFS.
