Hi,

I am testing out your software for possible use to sync a set of servers. I do have a concern I found during testing. I am currently syncing two workstations before I move over to implementing this on our servers. One test I ran was to see if the synchronization would continue after a network disconnect.

Using VVLauncher set to run anytime changes were made to files on both the target and source location I disconnected the target location and made changes to files on the target. I reconnected the target, but sync stopped on the source due to a "Target no found" error. The only way I saw to restart the sync was to hit the "Run Now" button.

Is there a way to have the sync automatically continue after network connection is reestablished? I saw that this maybe possible using VVEngine, however I would like a confirmation that this is possible and cannot be done using VVLaunch or Scheduler.

Thanks for the help.

Hi,

That's a limitation of VVLauncher. I recommend the VVEngine add-on (which does not have the same issue) especially for the servers:

thanks
