I keep running into an issue where viceversa seems to stall when trying to copy large outlook 2007 pst files to a shared folders on the network. When I say large, I mean upwards to 2GBs or even a little more. Once the file is copied, the "~vv1.tmp" file it creates is never renamed to the appropriate name and the Date Modified remains "2/1/1982 9:22 PM". In one instance, after the file appeared to have been copied, viceversa continued to sit there and stall on that one file for over 25 hours. Small pst files and other types of files are not a problem. I cannot seem to find a solution. The operating system of the workstation it's backing up is Windows XP SP3. Also, I'm having viceversa to implement shadowcopy and the shadowcopy service is running. The ViceVersa version is 2.0.1.5. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi , this could be a network / hardware issue. Are you experiencing the same problem copying locally? Are you copying over wireless or wired?
thanks

I haven't tried locally but I realized something this morning. I didn't actually start having this problem until I throttled down ViceVersa's bandwidth usage and I may have it too low; so this could be network related. When I had it on full blast, I didn't see this. Thanks.
