Win 7 64-bit
Wireless LAN 802.11g/n
For large files (multiple GB), the xfer speed never gets above 2 MBytes/sec (not 2 Mbits).
Is VVPro 2.5 faster?

Hi, 2.5 is faster in certain situations, but I can't guarantee it will be faster in your case. Make sure the process speed (profile settings -> performance) is set to "normal" not "idle", especially in 2.5 this makes a big difference. _________________ --

I made the change to Normal from Idle, and now big files tickle the 3 MB/sec mark. Close to a 30% improvement - not bad.
Thanks for the tip!
