Copy one-to-many

I would like copy an VM image from hyper-V on many workstation with virtualPC. (They are stop)

Then I want to copy from this workstations an image on many workstation (in certain case maybe 140!)

My images have 2 to 10 Go max.

So, first, 1 to 5 desktop and then 1 to many.

(I can't use replication mode because it's for a oneshot business with new images.)

All in the same Network (I can have 4 subnet or more if it's necessarely)

Vice versa can help me to do that? (And with performance?)
