Hi, I am sycning across the network to a windows machine with a local user that I have setup with access to a windows share.
I have saved the credentials in the profile and can sync from vvpro and vvscheduler.
I would ideally like to use vvengine for this but "Source or Target Not Accessible" is displayed. I guess this is due to the credentials not being picked up and applied from the profile.
The server and the PC i am trying to sync are not on the same domain, the vvengine is installed as a local service running as a domain account on the server.
Is that I am trying to do possible with vvengine or is scheduler the advised method.
I would like to use the changes detected method to provide a near real time sync.
Thanks

Hi, the share is already setup as a UNC path and the vvengine service is running under my domain admin account (I will move to a less privelidged account once I have it all working).
Thanks

Hi,
is the UNC share used in source or target?
what scheduling options are you using in VVEngine for this profile?
thanks _________________ --
