I just Purchased, installed and ran the VV Pro. It proceeded to enumerate through the 200 gigs of files I have. After the second window opens with the results of the initial scan the program locks up the desktop. The CPU is pinned at 98% and the program has to be shut down with task manager. This happened 3 consecutive times.

This is running on a DELL Powervault 725 server with a gig of ram and 1.7 GHz cpu.

Any suggestions?

Hi - can you try with fewer files and see if this still happens? This could be a memory issue. thanks.
