Hi,
I'm back, and again still with the same problem.
It indeed worked a few times, but in 99% of the cases, VSS snapshot doesn't finish. Seems someone else had also the same issue, but don't know how he solved his issue (http://www.tgrmn.com/web/forum/viewtopict2850&highlight=vss.htm).
I specially bought ViceVersa with VSS support, but still it doesn't work properly.
Can you help me further?

Hello,
Yes I am... I take daily at 3 different moments (for using Previous Versions) snapshots of that same disk without any issues.

I have this exact same problem. No errors, no problems with chkdsk either. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it works, it only takes about 2 minutes to do the VSS. When it doesn't work, ViceVersa sits there for hours. It should timeout, and try again if it doesn't succeed in a reasonable amount of time. |
