In the event that the source server data becomes corrupted is there anyway to stop VV from copying to the target. I know that SMART will do this but we are using RAID 5 and SMART isn't supported.

Hi, without SMART, the only way is to use archiving or replicate to a rotating target, so that if source data is corrupted, the corruption is propagated but not to the archive or rotated targets.
