Hello,

We use ViceVersa in combination with the VVEngine to run 2 profiles across our organization’s computers. One profile looks for a specific folder, and then backs it up to a remote server. The second profile looks for all .pst files, and then backs them up to a remote server. In the VVEngine, the first profile is run hourly, while the second is initiated by our end users by a script. All of our systems are running Windows 7. This has worked well for a long time.

Recently we’ve started to notice that the second profile, the one that backs up the .pst files, is disabling itself after a restart. This only seems to affect newer systems, older systems do not have this problem. I’ve tried upgrading some to ViceVersa Pro 2.5 (Build 2501), which we intend to do for everyone regardless, but that has not fixed the problem on those we’ve upgraded.

I’ve collected VVEngine logs from some systems, is there an email address I can send them for reviewing? I’d rather not post them on a forum (they contain server names, and we do not disclose them).

Please let me know any other information that would be helpful.

Thanks.

Hello

Please send the logs to support@tgrmn.com
We will review them asap.
VVEngine version 2 is also being prepared for release (working on docs) so you may want to try it too.

thanks
