I have been using ViceVersa Pro 2 for over a year with no problem using mapped drives over a VPN. Our head office has changed IT suppliers and we are no longer abel to connect via VPN. I have to access over WAN we have been cleared to pass through their firewall and I can map drives to the folder I require.
This seems to be working ok but it will not copy all files. I get the error A device attached to the system is not functioning. It looks like ViceVersa starts to download the file (at about 4mb) and after a few minutes comes up with the error code. Any suggestions. |

I think you have hit the nail on the head. After posting this I looked at the specific file that it was unable to copy and navigated to it on windows explorer and it would not copy. I will speak to the new IT people. Thanks for the quick response, if the error message had said unable to copy file I might have twigged on a bit sooner. |
