Compare files in different folder structures

Can you compare two folder structures wherin the sub-folder names have changed, but the file names and dates are the same? I am looking to discover which files have been deleted in error but with hundreds of sub folder names getting in the way it is too difficult to discover which are missing in the new structure and which are not compared to the original structure.

Hi, VV can't do that , the folder structure must match for files to match too.
