I am getting a number of errors - a reoccuring one says:

Profile: xxxxxxx
Result: Execution canceled by user.
Exit Code: 4

I know that the user did not cancel the syncronization. What could be the problem?

I am running VVEngine as a service on a windows 2008 server.

please send the file VVEngine.log and the profile log files (ViceVersa -> profile settings -> execution) to support @ tgrmn.com for checking, thanks
