I have a job that has stopped running automatically. I recently upgraded to the latest version and at the same time I changed servers on which my jobs run. Up until this time all jobs ran correctly and with the exception of this one, all jobs continue to run properly.
When the job starts a notice box appears that says “The network path was not found” and offers an “Ok” button. When I press Ok another box appears with the message “The network path was not found”, offering another “Ok” button. When I press Ok on this box the job runs and completes normally, sending an email message upon completion. Currently the job profile is configured thusly: \\?\UNC\servername\servershare, however I have also set it as \\?\UNC\server ip address\servershare without success. I have even created an entirely new profile using both of the above mentioned methods of Source/Target selection.
I have searched the FAQ and this forum and was not able to find any suggestions on how to resolve this perplexing issue. Any advice is greatly appreciated. |

are you logging into the server via profile settings -> folders -> network ?
thanks |
I'm afraid that I don't understand your question. I'm logging into the server with admin credentials and all of my other job profiles are set up the same way. It is just this one job that won't run unless I click through the "Ok" boxes. |

Thanks for the clarification. The box for "Connect using default user's credentials" was checked. I compared that setting to a known working profile's setting and unchecked it. I tested it and now the job runs automatically. Thanks! |
