in addition to the ".pst" file, i would like to back-up any additional files that contain personal settings for outlook 2007 including customized toolbar settings, templates, categories, email options, stationary, etc., etc. it seems outlook has the additional files scattered throughout.

has anyone a "template" for such a back-up? any suggestions on performing such a backup?

we don't, I suspect those settings are also in the Windows Registry.
