UNC paths. we've also tried local drives (the test marc profile) as well and this doens't work.

Hello , try running the service under the administrator account , instead of the local system account , or an account with access to the UNC path. thanks

What options do we have left? do you have facilities to remote onto our server, whould this help?

We haven't heard back from since our post last week. We haven't been able to do any sync'ing since and what can you now offer?

My client is now asking for compensation.

unfortunately I am not able to login the server remotely , sorry.
Are you running the service under which account now?
What source and target folder folders are you using?
Exactly what error message are you getting?

The service has been tried using the admin account and another account with no luck.
The main problem in my opinion why the profiles are run is the following:

In VV Engine, the profiles are there and are enabled, but when we try running the profile, we get a message saying the profile is not enabled.

This is my belief why the profiles aren't running.
