It obviously worked before for some periord of time with all the current paths, logged on account etc..
Then you booted, then it no longer worked..
Something VV related is broken and needs a full binary refresh to work as before..
Remove the sw, move all profiles out somewhere, be sure all directories are gone, check the sw registry, reboot the server, and reinstall..
It all takes about 3x the time to boot that machine and will very likely be working just as before..
If one new profile works, move in one old one and try it, if that works move them all in and try them all..

what new features are you after or what problem are you trying to solve?
thank you |
two things:
1. using server A to mirror data from server B to server C (share empty before first transfer). vice versa profile kicked off manually works beautifully including ntfs permissions. the same profile run from vvengine creates errors in the log that SOME folders couldn't be replicated. vvengine runs with a domain acct that has full access to servers A and C and account to access server B is configured in VVprofile/network. I am hoping that a vvengine update would help resolve that problem.
2. I am looking for a new functionality where a vvengine run as local system can execute sync profiles that allow specification of individual credentials for source and target systems. |
