Hi,
I have used ViseVersa on a number of machines and it works well on some but not on others. The error I seem to consistently receive after using the VVScheduler is below (cut from the log)
2010-07-12 22:19:10 : Connecting to "\\Lesgame-pc\archive1$" with user "administrator" ...
2010-07-12 22:19:25 : [ERROR] "\\Lesgame-pc\archive1$" is not accessible using the credentials entered in the profile settings. Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
2010-07-12 22:19:25 : Exit Code: 2. Execution not completed. [ERROR]
Note that this is a cut from the log, and the log is located on the exact same hidden share that we are trying to copy the files to. So, it seems to have enough rights to place the log on the administrative share but not enough rights to copy the files there. Strange
Thanks for your assistance is greatly appreciated. We just paid for this software about 5 days ago. Please help

this message means a connection to the remote UNC is already established but under a different account.
Try one of these :
- Disable connecting to the UNC path in ViceVersa (profile settings -> folders -> network)
- Run a batch script before execution (profile settings -> advanced settings -> scripts), the batch script should remove all existing connections with command: net use /delete * /y which deletes all existing network connections.
