Hello
We are running VV 1.3.1 on our server to backup data to a second server (corporate environment). Now we want to update to VV 2.0.
What licence do we need to buy? Will a single user licence do it or do we need a corporate licence? We just backup the data vom server where VV is running to a second server, so no clients are involved.
Thanks for the fast response Smile

Hi there,
We use VV to sync 2 servers at a remote site. It is installed on both servers, and is used by 2 users who both login using the same general admin account (never at the same time). There is only ever 1 instance of VV running (by a single user on a single server). How many licences do we require?
Thanks |

I'm the I.T. Support guy of the company I work for. I tried VV and I love it, and would like to deploy VV on our machines. The question is: if I buy 40 licenses, do I have one registration code or 40 registration codes??
Thank you! |

Hello,
Thank you for considering ViceVersa PRO for your company.
When you purchase 40 licenses, you will receive 1 registration code which cover the 40 installations.
thanks! _________________ --

Hi
I purchased a copy of your program a few months ago, but my computer crashed & I had to buy a new one & vice versa was lost. Do I need to purchase the program again - or is there a way that I can download it to install again. Happy to provide my details via e-mail to verify legitimacy.
Cheers

|
|
Hello
Some time ago, we bought a VV Pro 32bit version for our server backup. Now we're going to replace the old 32bit server with a new Windows 64bit one.
Do we have to buy a new version of VV or is the 64bit version included? (We won't use the old 32bit version anymore)
Thanks a lot.

No need to buy a new license: a server license covers both 64bit and 32bit, so if you do no longer use VV on the old 32bit server, you can use your license on the 64bit server. thanks _________________ --

I bought an individual license of VVPro and VVEngine for a user that's no longer with the company, but the way you have these licenses set up, the user name is part of the code.
Will that license still work for a new user? If not, can it be transferred to the new user somehow, without having to pay for a new license?
VVPro appeared to work OK with the new user profile on the former employee's laptop, but vvengine said it was an expired trial version, which tells me vvengine's licensing is recorded in the user profile somewhere while vvpro's isn't, which is why this question is being asked. |

Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to extend the 30 day trial period for an another 30 days. Unfortunately, our firm was unable to test the product and our trial period will expire tomorrow.
Thank you. |
