Hello, when i start my computer, vvengine keeps telling me that it is not running (in the icontray). The moment that i click the gray vvengine-icon, it opens the browser and starts running. What can i do to solve this problem?

I am using a Windows7 laptop. For the target i use a UNC path.

Part of the vvengine-settings:

VVEngine Version: VVEngine 1.1 (Build 7)
VVEngine Command Line: "C:\program files\vvengine\vvengine.exe"
VVEngine Max Profiles: Unlimited
ViceVersa Path: C:\Program Files\ViceVersa Pro 2\ViceVersa.exe
System: Windows Vista (Business), (Media Center Edition), (x86-32 Processor) v6.1 Build:7600

Any help is welcome,

with regards,

Jiri

Hello,

Please check if there is a VVEngine start-up task in the Windows Task Scheduler, it should be there and should say "running"

thanks

Try restarting and check again. It should say Triggers: At logon of... and should start when you log on under that account. thanks

Hi, i am now at home, the notebook is running on battery and vvengine is not running after start out of hibernation. The scheduler says that the task has been stopped due to running of battery. What to do, so that the task is always running?

I think I may have found the problem and solution. Check the VVEngine start-up task in the Windows Task Scheduler (it's under TGRMN Software). Under the "Conditions" tab, it probably says "Stop if the computer switches to battery power". That is what is causing VVEngine to stop. Try deselecting this option, then it should no longer stop.

We will be fixing this in the new VVEngine build.

thanks
