|

Hi,
We are trailing the Backup Mirror option in ViceVersa Pro to backup files across a network to another location. There is 131GB of information in the folder.
Ideally, we want to run vvengine to initiate a real time mirror of the files via Vice Versa Pro running as a Window service.
So far we have tested this with a 6/7GB of data however we get an "out of memory, too many file, number of files scanned :21, error while reading source information. aborted" error when running a comparison on our live data for 131GB.
Is there a limit to the number of files or total size of data that can be backed up/mirrored by Vice Versa pro?
Thks in advance. _________________ James Allen |

Hello
yes, you should try to limit each profile to about 1 million files to avoid out-of-memory errors. With VVEngine you can then manage the multiple profiles.
