|
|
I have a problem with one profile. I use the last build (2501) on VVPro with VVEngine. The backup hangs for many hours (36 hours) to "Checking archive folder (full check)..."
I try many thing, I create a new archive folder, I reinstall all Tgrmn programs, I recreate the profile but the problem still there.
Someone have ideas?
Sorry guys for my english. |

In the backup folder they have 9889 files on 3834 folders.
In the archive folder they have 501 files in 239 folders.
I already try to start with a blank archive folder and after 2 days, the problem is come back. |

Thanks, please post the profile settings (file .fsf you are using). It's a text file so you can open it with Notepad and then paste content here.
Can you also please send a list of files in the archive folder? Please use
dir /s > output.txt from a command line window starting at the root of the archive folder. The file output.txt will contain the list. Please post here or send to support@tgrmn.com , thanks _________________ --

Got the e-mail, thanks, as a first test, could you remove the \\?\ notation from the archive folder, maybe that is causing this issue. thanks _________________ --

It seems to be working now. But I don't understand how because I use the \\?\ notation for all profile and it's the only one with this problem.
Thanks! |
