"Variable" folder?

I have some accounting data that must be backed up and restored en mass, and the Accounting staff here wants at least daily backups a week back available for restore. Ideally I would like to have a single profile scheduled for M-F, with the destination folder changing for each day, something along the lines of \\Backup\Accounting\Monday on Monday.
Is this possible, or do I need a seperate profile and schedule for each day?

Yes, use <dayofweek> in the target.

For example:

Z:\mybackup\<dayofweek>\
which will expand to :
Z:\mybackup\1\
Z:\mybackup\2\
Z:\mybackup\3\
.....
depending on the day ViceVersa runs.
