While waiting for the sync to complete, a pop-up tells me that the server is busy and "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Switch to" to activate the busy program and correct the problem"

There is no other busy program as far as I can tell, "switching to" just makes the Windows start menu visible. If I wait for 30 seconds or so pressing Retry leads to successful completion of the sync process.

not a fatal error, but very annoying.

Any ideas as to how to stop it happening?

Hello

Which version of Windows and ViceVersa are you using ?
Are you running the profile manually from within ViceVersa or scheduled using one of the scheduling tools?
Please also setup a profile log in profile settings -> execution so we can check when the program stops.
