I use ViceVersa to keep an external 160gb hard drive full of multimedia that I want to watch synced with the 1tb mothership backup.

I've slowly built up a filter list of things already watched that I no longer want on the smaller external drive and have now hit the 250 filter limit.

It's a customised list so wildcards don't help.

I'd be willing to accept a performance penalty for removing that 250 limit. As it is, I just can't do what I want anymore.

Any ideas?

Hello

you could split the job into multiple profiles and run them sequentially using VVEngine http://www.tgrmn.com/web/vvengine/vvengine.htm

thanks

I love this software but that's a horrible answer.

Multiple profiles = Much more complicated
Buy VVEngine = Spend more money

Neither of which I really want to do when 250 just seems to be some arbitrary limit put in place for an unknown reason. I don't think this is an unreasonable request. Sad

Sorry about that Smile Currently that is the only workaround I can think of. You could define multiple profiles without using VVEngine to run them.

I understand that a workaround is all that is possible now and thanks for the suggestion.

It would be nice to see a proper solution in a future version.
