At the moment I am syncing between my home PC which has Windows 7 and my work PC which is on Vista.

I get Viceversa to launch on startup but each time I get the error “Profile settings have changed since the last time the tracking database was saved. Synchronization tracking database in the profile settings needs to be reset”

This is really annoying because it requires manually intervention from me each day, and on top of this, files that I may have deleted on my home pc, suddenly get coppied back onto the external drive from my work pc, then of course they get coppied back onto my home pc when I run Vice Versa.

I have read in other posts that this could happen because the tracking databases are shared between 2 profiles. As far as I know I only have one profile. How can I check?

Thanks

This problem I refer to above has meant that i have had to come into work today just to get one file that never copied/synced yesterday.

I was meant to working from home today but now I have wasted 2 hours coming into work.

I emailed support about this issue and heard nothing either.
