Tracking database reset

I would pay money for the following solution:
I have all sorts of projects (20100008; 8th one of the year).
I like to sync them with 3 Hard drives.
One laptop, One workstation, One Fileserver.
Wish I would not have to reset the database each time I do a sync on a new project.

Hello

are you adding a new folder pair to the profile each time a new project is created? How is your folder structure organized?
