I mirror my entire SOURCE Drive D: on my main computer to a TARGET Drive D: hard drive on another computer.

I would like to archive TARGET files as they get deleted/overwritten, moving them to a folder called "Archives".

When I attempt to archive to the folder D:\Archives I get an error message "Target Archive Folder cannot be subfolder of Target"

When I attempt to archive to the folder C:\Archives I get an error message "Target files and archive files are not on the same disk. The option 'Move files to archive folders' cannot be used."

Since the TARGET is the entire D: drive, all folders on that drive are subfolders of Target. Is there any solution to this catch-22?

... Mike

Hello

unfortunately not. If files are archived to a different disk, the "Move" option can't be used.

thanks
