|
|
Hi:
I'm finding VVP to be a great program!
3 Questions:
1)
I used VVP to backup about 100,000 files.
The output window summary lists 14 errors adding and 2 errors updating. Is there an easy way to list which files were involved?
2)
Is there a way to make a global change to all the folders in a backup profile. For example if a profile includes 15 source/target pairs and I want to backup to a different drive - can I change the drive letter in all of them? Or insert a folder into all the pathnames?
3)
Is it possible to deactivate selected source/target pairs in a profile during a backup?
Thanks a lot. |

After the execution these files would still show unmatched in the side-by-side file comparison window. They are also listed in the output window and profile log file.

The only way is to edit the profile file (.fsf) with a text editor (the fsf file is a unicode text file)

Currently not possible, sorry. It's something that was requested before and we may consider for a future version.
thanks! _________________ --
