Access denied when mirroring across network

I'm currently evaluating VV for the purposes of migrating file server contents from SNAP servers to new W2003 servers in preparation for NT/AD upgrade. When I try and copy selected folders to the new server the PREVIEW correctly identifies the files differences but when I attemp to execute the mirroring I get the following message:

Cannot create or replace <filename>.Access is denied

Is this to do with the SNAP server (about which I know little) or is there a more fundamental rights issue here?

Try the new build 2.0.0.9 which improves NAS support
You can download it from www.tgrmn.com/2009/vvpro.exe
If the issue still remains, I think it must be something with access rights.
