I downloaded the software, then paid and registered it. I changed computers and downloaded the software again. When I enter the the registration text and the registration key -- using copy and paste (without the brackets) -- I get an error message saying my info is invalid. I am copying it from the order confirmation, for _____ sake! What is going on? This the second time I have asked about this without any help from you. I emailed a pdf of my order confirm to support and never heard one word. What's up. It seems like a good piece of software but I should only have to pay for it once, right? |
