I am evaluating your product to use as a Backup program. As you will be able to see from my user profile I have folders scattered all over the Network. My goal is to Sync them in one place for a Disaster Recovery backup of critical files. The total amount of Data is normally about 40 GIGABYTES.
My goal was to do a sync everyday around 6pm when no-one is here so if I need to make the backup that day the data is there.

The problem is after the program has copied over the files in the folders, when the program Synchronizes the next day, it erases folders on the local drive. Why in the world would it be doing that? This makes the program useless to me, after weeks of testing I still cannot get it to work. Is there a fix for this?

Your program is “Exactly” what I am looking for, but randomly erases folders. Can you please assist? I really only need the data once a month and would not mind erasing the data once I burned it to other media and then replading the flders.

Hello

I see you are backing up from the network to the local and I noticed the following folder pairs:

- "\\ldifileshare\Users\srobertson\emergency disaster\" <to> "C:\TSRBackUps\Users - srobertson\" (Include Subfolders)
- "\\ldifileshare\Users\twilliams\My Documents\Emergency Information\" <to> "C:\TSRBackUps\" (Include Subfolders)

Since subolders is included, the second pair could cause folder deletion in C:\TSRBackUps\

thanks
