Include files created or modified since n days

This feature would be usefull for quick updates of big directories over slow networks, without spending hours of "target checking"

Unfortunately, the existing "exclude file older than x days" does not work for that, as it consider the older of both creation and modification date !!! It would work if considering only modification date, which would have been much more usefull !!

that option does only consider the modified date , but it would not speed up the comparison as each file timestamp must be checked,
