How is VV able to able to get around NTFS permissions?
I have a directory of network shares that the local administrator cannot access via Windows Explorer, but VV can see and read all the files.
I understand why it is done, but I'd like to know how it's done. TIA |

Hello,
VV registers with the Windows OS for this and if VV is running under an administrator account, it can then access all the files and folders regardless of their file permissions.
thanks _________________ --
