I am having the same problem that I have seen a few other people are having. After my servers reboot the profiles come up disabled. I am running VVEngine as a service. Any ideas?

Hello,

are you using the latest version 1.1 build 07 ? To check click on 'Check for Updates' in VVEngine, bottom of the page

Thanks, can you please post or send to support@tgrmn.com the file VVEngine.log and VVEngine.xml (they are in the application data folder of the account running VVEngine). thanks

Thanks, the issue is that the Viceversa profile file (.fsf) is kept on the network and if that is not accessible after reboot, the profile gets disabled. I recommend that you move the profile file to the local disk.
