I recently modified a profile I've been using for a while to include the //?/ and //?/UNC/ nomenclature in order to support long filenames.

After doing this I found this was crashing when run with the scheduler and I was getting a scheduler return code of -10737418.

When I run it from within VVPro I get an error along the lines of:

"Error renaming temp file \\?\UNC\NAS-Host\Path\filename" &
"Unable to rename \\?\UNC\Path\filename"

If I click "Continue and Ignore All Errors", VVPro crashes, ie:

"ViceVersa Pro 2.5 has encouterd a problem and needs to close...."

Any tricks to get this to work? Any logs I could look at that would somehow indicate that the problem are the files on my end and not the general support for the //?/ syntax?

Thanks,

Hello

you should have 2 files in the ViceVersa installation folder, called ViceVersa.dmp and ViceVersa.rpt which contain extra info on the crash. Could you please send those two files, plus the profile file (.fsf) and the profile log file ( profile settings -> execution ) to support@tgrmn.com ?

thank you
