Compare files not folders

I got an external drive with many subfolder that containt some videos files. I would like to compare the CONTENT of each subfolder with the video on my computer. But on my computer, the subfolder achitecture aren't the same way on my external driver.

Cause of this, the program told me all my video aren't neither on my driver nor my computer.

I would like to compare all the content of both, not the achitecture of the subfolder.

Can I use some specifics settings ?

Hello

ViceVersa will not compare files "outside" of the folder structure, to be a matching file, the files must be also in a matching subfolder.
