Hello

strange... do you have VVLauncher or any other service still running ? Maybe try to restart the PC and see if the problem fixes itself...

thanks

hello:
no the problem was not fix restarting the pc, and there are not services running. I resume how the problem happened.
I installed the VV 2.5 in trial mode after having deinstalled the version 2.3.
I used the trial for about 20 days, than I went back to version 2.3 registered version. I used this for 2-3 days, then I decided to return to the version 2.5 for buying a new license, but I was unable to install, with the message you already know. I am not able also to install any VV version, for the same reason.
