I am using VV Engine, Build 7, and it will no longer run as a service unless I am logged on to the computer. I used to run VV Engine as a service using Local System Account and it would run fine when nobody was logged on. I recently rebuilt the OS on my computer (Windows Vista Ultimate) and re-installed VV Engine so that it would run as a service as I did for my first installation. Now, VV Engine will only run when I (the Admin user who installed it) am logged on to the computer. I really want it it to run independently as it should using the Local System Account, even when I am not logged on, as there are other user accounts on the computer. I can see nothing in any logs to suggest there is a problem.

Can anybody please assist?

Anthony

Hi,

The VVEngine Log shows all profiles are disabled when my user account logs off. Therefore, whenever I am not logged on, even though the service runs, there are no active profiles to execute. Is there something I can do to stop this? Some setting or other?

Hello

you should install VVEngine as a service, so the service can run even if users are not logged in.

thanks
