apologies if this question was asked before. I have started testing vice versa and it seems to be working very well. one thing, which I am hoping it to do is to synch open files. ie. a file is open and you are working on it and it autosynchs to the other location without having to save it.

I am looking at setting up redundency for an application incase a server falls over. the app is in cobolt and there are constantly open files and so therefore i would need these to be synch in realtime and not have to wait for them to be saved.

Hi, please see http://www.tgrmn.com/web/kb/item33.htm

Note that if the application itself does not write data to the disk (e.g. it keeps data in memory), that data would not be copied. With modern application that does not generally happen. thanks
