I've been using ViceVersa Pro 2 for a long time on an XP machine. I recently upgraded to a new Windows 7 64-bit machine and purchased the upgrade to ViceVersa Pro 2.5. VVPro2.5 now hangs up during the "Checking archive folder ..." part of the process. I have allowed the program to try to move on for 30 minutes and more with no luck. The only solution is to hit the X to cancel the process. Any thoughts?

Hi

To debug this, it would be great if you could do the following test:

- While ViceVersa is hanging, use the tool userdump.exe (download and instructions @ http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=241215 -- see section "To create a dump file for a hanging process").
- Using userdump.exe, create a dump file and send that file to support@tgrmn.com for analysis.
